Image Processing and analytics of X-rays of mangoes for defects

I'm currently working on examining and processing mango X-rays to detect the presence of spongy tissues in the pulp and seed weevil in the inner seed of mango fruit. The pulp layer, seed layer, and inner seed layer of morphologically closed mango X-rays are segmented into three layers using a random forest classifier.
